A Brunch Surprise with Steak Seasoned Butter

Yesterday was such a special day! I invited two of my favorite people—my mom and my sister—over for brunch. They live just one mile north and one mile south of my house, so we’re lucky to be incredibly close. What they didn’t know, though, was that I had a surprise waiting for them: the very first taste test of my brand-new Steak Seasoned Butter.

I wanted the reveal to feel natural, so I didn’t mention the butter until after they’d had their first bites. Instead, I just set out a cozy spread:

  • Ribeye Steaks: Cooked in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 390°, coated on both sides with Steak Seasoned Butter. I flipped them halfway through for that perfect sear. Then after cooking, “it just needs butter” a dollop of butter and dash of pink Himalayan salt.
  • Fried Potatoes: I started with a bag of pre-seasoned garlic, parmesan, and olive oil potatoes from Wild Fork, baked them on a foil-lined cookie sheet at 400° for 15 minutes, then finished them in a pan with a dollop (there i go again with that word) of my Steak Seasoned Butter. A quick 8 minutes of flipping every 2 minutes gave them the crispiest, buttery crunch.
  • Fluffy Scrambled Cheese Eggs: Simple, comforting, and the perfect side to round out the meal.

The whole brunch took me 30 minutes or less to pull together, which says a lot because—like I’ve said before—I’m not the best cook! But that’s exactly why Needs Butter exists: to turn simple meals into something special without the stress.

The best part? Watching my mom and sister’s reactions. From the very first bite to the last, their compliments kept coming. They couldn’t believe how much flavor everything had, and when I finally told them about Needs Butter, they were completely shocked—in the best way!

That moment of joy and surprise confirmed for me that I’m on the right path. If my mom and sister (my toughest critics!) loved it, then I know Needs Butter has the power to bring smiles, flavor, and ease to tables everywhere.

Here’s to more meals, more memories, and more butter.
